On 15th March, we welcomed our member Maggie Scholefield to present to us at our meeting.

As you may know, Maggie curates a number of tours to the Provence region in France to allow people to discover "The Real Rosé".

Maggie brought her expertise and experience of the region and its wines to demonstrate the breadth of wines available from the these vineyards to show how there is much more to discover from rose wines. Maggie was able to show the history and the provenance of the region together with knowledge of the terroir and grape varieties that make up the essential characteristics of the region and its wines.

Maggie showed 7 wines, all rosés (of course).
